2005 Jennifer Vargas from Solo Sabor Latin Entertainment formed
her own Latin band called Orquesta Solo Sabor
also known as the Solo Sabor Band in Los Angeles. After working
with many of the most talented musicians for the last ten years,
she then hired only the top professional musicians
in the Los Angeles and San Diego area to advance and take her
ideas and dreams to the next level. Solo Sabor is currently
working on their first cd that is scheduled to be released in
the Summer of 2010 and will be available on solosabor.com
along with worldwide distribution.
BIOGRAPHY Solo
Sabor™ is LA's hottest latin and tropical band
and is definitely recognized for it's outstanding, amazing and
energetic stage presence throughout the Latin entertainment
industry. Solo Sabor has performed at all the top nightclubs
in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Springs and
throughout Southern California.
The band has also performed at all the top concerts, festivals
and has also opened and shared the stage with top Latin artists
such as Melcochita, La Sonora Dinamita, Eddy Herrera, Marc Anthony,
Aniceto Molina, El Gran Combo, Tito Rojas, Oro Solido, Grupo
Niche, Fulanito, Elvis Crespo, Giselle, Augustine Lara, Victor
Manuelle, Wilfredo Vargas, Andy Montañez, Joan Sebastian,
Cheo Feliciano, Fruko y sus Tesos. Just this year, Solo
Sabor was featured in La Farandula

has also been a great honor for Solo Sabor to be the official
band for the Annual World Trade Show for Mexicana Airlines.
Along with appearing in Latin Beat Magazine and
on an Univision TV (Channel 34) special for
'Adopta Una Ilusion' that was aired for eight consecutive
days for this years 116th Annual Tournament of Roses
Parade in Pasadena to help raise funds for 220 band
members from Costa Rica that was held by "Los Angeles
de las Americas" along with Solo Sabor
which was also aired worldwide. Their playlist consists
of the popular cumbia's by Sonora Dinamita and Los Angeles Azules,
classic salsas from Joe Arroyo, Cucu Valoy, Fania, Celia Cruz
and El Gran Combo, the unforgetable hits from Grupo Niche, top
merengues by Olga Tañon, Eddy Herrera, Wilfredo Vargas
and Elvis Crespo, and the best hits of all time. With over a
hundred songs in their playlist in all the top genres in Tropical
Music, Solo Sabor is the top requested latin, cumbia and salsa
band in the Los Angeles area for weddings, quinceñeras,
anniversaries, birthday parties, graduations, private and corporate

BAND
MEMBERS Their
success is not a secret,
but is actually based on having the top talented professional
musicians the latin industry has to offer. Jaime
from Mexico is the musical director of this amazing professional
cumbia and salsa band based out of Los Angeles that has managed
to expand their song list to over 100 different classic, popular,
old and new top requested songs in cumbia which is their
specialty
along with salsa,
merengue, cha cha cha,
boleros, latin jazz, latin pop, top 40, english classics and
even a few selected rancheras. (SONGLIST)
The beautiful
Karina,
born and raised in Colombia is one of lead vocalists that absolutely
stands out with her remarkable voice. Eric
born in Costa Rica is also a lead vocalist with the ability
to make you feel the
music with his energetic and professional stage presence
and was also the former back up vocalist for Joan Sebastian
for 3 years before joining Solo Sabor in 2007. Pedro
with his talented roots originating from Peru will seek to
amaze you while playing the piano. Clodomiro
from Colombia plays the drums but his exceptional talent lies
in the 'timbales' since he began playing at the early age of
9 years old. Rafy born and raised in Colombia
plays the congas and both Clodomiro and Rafy were formerly with
the original Sonora Dinamita in Colombia.
Joel
from Puerto Rico plays the tenor sax in our brass section
and always demonstrates his true talent with facinating charisma.
The talented Bill (USA) plays
the trumpet and has played with such legends as Earth Wind and
Fire, Patti La Belle, Ray Barretto, Melcochita and and
is
just one of the many multi talented musicians in this band.
Along with special invited musicians in this breath taking brass
section that have performed with top musical talents and artists.
Although
an extensive list
of songs is
available, there are still many more to add to their impressive
collection that will compliment
your wedding, celebration, party or any special event.

D' Jazz is made up by four of the talented Solo
Sabor All Stars of Southern California. This small
latin jazz combo is very popular for small parties and perfect
for dinner music for your wedding. If you want elegance and

Sabor D' Jazz for dinner at your reception
